At BlueDrop Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with UK consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email or letter) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions For Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Items such as filters, cartridges, and consumables must remain unopened for hygiene reasons.

  • Customised or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

How To Return

  • To initiate a return, contact us at contact@bluedropsolutions.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide you with return instructions.

  • Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where we delivered the wrong or a faulty item.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@bluedropsolutions.co.uk.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is not available, we will process a refund instead.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened filters, cartridges, or consumables (for hygiene reasons).

  • Items not in their original packaging.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
