Conditions For Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Items such as filters, cartridges, and consumables must remain unopened for hygiene reasons.

Customised or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
How To Return

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@bluedropsolutions.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with return instructions.

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
